Working on my third and fourth batches of homebrew...
Bottled ipa and stout today - not carbonated yet (2-3 weeks in the bottle will do that) but they tasted pretty good. My first two batches were lighter ones right out of the kits (bud-a-likes) and were ok but way over-carbonated. I cut back on the sugar and went for beers with more body this time - looking forward to trying them. Toast

just finishing off some Stephen's Point Cascade Pale Ale - a bit too fruity for a pale ale for my taste.

Got it at the Green Growler - if you're heading up to Blue and need some post ride refreshments, check it out....rider owned too.

Just opened the mixed case of sly fox I picked up at the GG last weekend. pilsner and pale ale were good - ipa up next
