Working on my third and fourth batches of homebrew...
Bottled ipa and stout today - not carbonated yet (2-3 weeks in the bottle will do that) but they tasted pretty good. My first two batches were lighter ones right out of the kits (bud-a-likes) and were ok but way over-carbonated. I cut back on the sugar and went for beers with more body this time - looking forward to trying them. _________________ Mojo is back |

just finishing off some Stephen's Point Cascade Pale Ale - a bit too fruity for a pale ale for my taste.
Got it at the Green Growler - if you're heading up to Blue and need some post ride refreshments, check it out....rider owned too.

That reminds me of the diagram of record labels that accompanied the Maximum Rock N Roll Steve Albini story on why no one should sign to a major... craft beer IS the new indie rock... _________________ "Ugly or pretty, it's still my city.
