Since there were only 2 of us, Simon and I focused on do-able projects.

First we raked a bunch of leaves out of the first berm. Next Fall, we need to be pro-active about sweeping, as when the leaves break down they contaminate the soil for jump-building purposes.

Then we focused on the Beginner line. Our safety updates for this line are now nearly complete: remaining to-do is to make the landing of jump #1 shallower and pack it in nicely (with water).
We cut the 2nd jump in half height-wise and doubled the width. It is much safer, with a shallower landing.

Then we doubled the width of the 3rd one in that line, and lengthened it considerably.

The full beginner line from deck:

Some helpful trail gnomes made a few signs to encourage the kids to be safe and get active maintaining their park.

shoveled 'some leaves' equals just over 5 barrows of soggy stinky heavy leaves.
can't wait to get to work on the berms once the third jump is built out again.
good day of work for just two..
